• Priority scheduling — As a Service Partner, you are our priority and jump to the head of the line when you call! Your job will be scheduled ahead of others. This applies to routine and emergency calls!
• 15% Discount — 15% on all of our services for as long as our Service Partner relationship remains in effect.
• No Emergency Service fees — If you are in need of an emergency service, no matter what time of day or night you call, you will not pay a premium fee. You will receive the same quality service as always but pay only from our standard pricing menu. Note: non-emergencies will be scheduled during business hours.
• Home Safety Promise — Our commitment to your family’s safety is so passionate, that we promise to annually inspect your home and test your life safety equipment. If any smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, or ground-fault-interrupter receptacle that we installed for you fails– it will be replaced FREE!

Your Home Safety Check Up includes the following:

• MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL - Inspect and test all circuit breakers for proper operation. Re-torque all electrical connections. Perform current load test on each main feed line and balance load when required.
• CIRCUIT BREAKERS - Check all circuit breakers making sure they are sized correctly, as they are commonly sized incorrectly leaving your A/C system at risk to major damage.
• A/C DISCONNECT SWITCHES - Inspect all outside A/C disconnect switches and outside wiring for safety and code violations.
• SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS – Inspect and test all smoke detectors. Replace nine-volt detector batteries free of charge.
• DIMMER/ MOTION / TIMER SWITCHES – Inspect and test all specialty switches.
• SURGE PROCTECTION – Inspect your home appliances and electronics for proper surge protection.
• GROUNDING SYSTEM – Inspect your homes grounding system to ensure it is effective, up to code and complete.
• GROUND FAULT INTERRUPT – Inspect and test safety shutdown operation of all GFCI protected outlets.
